We pay all the bills (including cleaners) and if necessary we fully furnish properties. We are not letting agents and do not charge our landlords any agency fees or hidden costs. In fact, we will show you how will earn more with us compared to using a standard letting agent!
Our model is simple enough; we lease your 3+ bedroom property on a long term basis (1-5 years) and then rent out the rooms to considerate working professionals who have been fully vetted and referenced. We do all the hard work removing any hassle on your behalf.

- NO VOIDS - You will ALWAYS get paid on the same day every month for a long contract period (1-5 years).Even if the property is empty! No more missed or late payments!

- FREE MAINTENANCE - Minor refurbishments (small repairs, painting) to the property are carried out and paid for by us. If major work needs to be done we liaise with you to arrange it.
- MINIMAL WEAR AND TEAR – We will visit the property every three months to ensure it is being kept to the standard we would expect, and that our minimum requirements of the occupiers are being met.
- MINIMAL RISK – All tenants go though robust referencing process before they occupy the property. We only rent to working professionals with a proof of regular income.
